Aaaaaawwwww yeaaaaaaah, thanks a lot man!
Photoset after photoset…sorry guise.
It’s funny how a picture can get no action, but once you attach tags to it, it blows up. I like it—it’s petty and I like it.
I’ve been at home all night and morning because my cousin and her friends were rolling through the area on a road trip and my parents needed me to play hostess. My mom also got home last night from staying with my hospitalized grandmother in Mississippi. Turns out, once my mom left, my grandmother’s conditions worsened and now we’re getting a fuzzy play-by-play of the fluctuations. I’m surprised at how strong and cheerful my mom still is—it has to be amazingly difficult to be this far away and not be able to do much, let alone know much. It sounds like I might be making three out-of-state trips this Summer instead of the intended two…but at least I was able to write a nice letter to my grandmother right before all this even began.
Also I woke up with a mysterious number of bug bites on my legs the other night, so I think it’s high time for me to get a bed frame and not sleep on the floor next to the back door. But hopefully, by the end of this Summer, I won’t have to worry about that because I’ll be moving. I love my apartment complex—it’s beautiful, quiet, and fits me well—but I’d love it a lot more for about 200 dollars cheaper.
So there’s that. Hopefully I’ll be able to make it back to Tempe in good timing for a day by the pool. Yesterday was a long day.
At least an hour’s light rail ride means an hour of reading.
